                 “WHERE FIRE MEETS FAVOR”

                CATERING POLICY AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS

“LOVE AT FIRST BITE..”“WHERE FIRE MEETS FAVOR”

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING UNIQUE’S BLAZED KITCHEN! TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND FLAVORFUL EXPERIENCE, PLEASE REVIEW AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CATERING POLICIES:

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A 75% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL INVOICE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
  • THE REMAINING 25% BALANCE MUST BE PAID BY 12:00 PM ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
  • NO SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.

FEES

  • SERVICE FEE: $200 (STANDARD FOR ALL CATERED EVENTS)
  • SETUP FEE: $150 (INCLUDES TABLE ARRANGEMENT, BUFFET-STYLE SETUP)
  • CLEANUP FEE: $150 (APPLIES IF CLEANUP SERVICES ARE REQUESTED)
  • LABOR FEE: $65/HOUR PER STAFF MEMBER (IF ON-SITE STAFF IS NEEDED)
  • TRAVEL FEE: APPLIED BASED ON EVENT LOCATION (CALCULATED AT TIME OF BOOKING)

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY RESCHEDULING OR CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE EVENT.
  • FINAL GUEST COUNT AND MENU SELECTIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

GENERAL TERMS

  • WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS’ NOTICE FOR ALL CATERED EVENTS.
  • MENU ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEASONAL AVAILABILITY.
  • UNIQUE’S BLAZED KITCHEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FOOD LEFT UNREFRIGERATED AFTER SETUP.

INVOICES WILL BE SENT OUT IN TIMELY MANNER OF BOOKING.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY AGREEMENT.

Return and Refund Policy

Unique’s Blazed Kitchen – Return & Refund Policy

At Unique’s Blazed Kitchen, we take pride in delivering high-quality, flavorful meals and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns of prepared meals, catering orders, or takeout items once they have left our kitchen.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for errors on our part, such as missing items, incorrect meals, or quality issues.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Cancellations

  • Private chef services or catering orders must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future order, depending on the preparation already completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at 469-305-2196 or uniquesblazedkitchen@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Include photos if applicable, so we can quickly review and resolve your request.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
